Tim and Lorraine Perkins

Hi, my name is Tonya Keil and I am fundraising to help Tim and Lorraine Perkins. Tim, a self-employed, husband, father, and grandfather, recently had a major heart attack while working and then suffered multiple strokes as a result of the attack.

Tim owns his own lawn company in which he supports his family and has since not been able to do so. Lorraine works for a small private daycare and as anyone should know, daycare workers do not make a fortune.

Unfortunately, there is no end in sight for Tim to be able to return to work. He has repeatedly been denied disability. The bills are piling up and they both feel like they are drowning in medical bills as well as their own personal bills.

Tim has always been a hard worker. He and Lorraine are members at Baymeadows Baptist Church and Tim plays the Bass guitar for our praise team. He has always been involved with his family and loved ones. Being out of commission and not being able to be involved is out of character for Tim.

Since his original hospital stay, Tim has been admitted back to the hospital twice for complications from his original diagnosis. This last time he was admitted the diagnosis was Congestive Heart Failure.
