Tim DeMarco & Family

Hi Friends! We are launching this fundraiser for Kelly, Tim, Anna, and Emma ~ the beloved DeMarco family. In early June 2022, Tim was diagnosed with malignant bone cancer/multiple myeloma. This came as a shock to all of us who love him, but most of all to Kelly and the girls. We are fundraising with the hope of offsetting the unexpected medical and life bills that are already piling up and will persist for who knows how long. The loss of Tim’s income as well as loss of Kelly’s income should this persist past her three months of FMLA.

The DeMarcos live on the enchanted land of the Nurturing Hearth ~ Tim’s dream was to live on and cultivate land such as this and he has been the farmer, the stay-at-home dad, the chef, the shopper, the driver, the homemaker, the husband. The Nurturing Hearth has been a place of welcoming family, old friends and new. Of large dinner gatherings on the wide and wonderful porch. Of tours through the hoop house of the multitude of vegetables, of the rotating livestock and now bunnies. We could always count on Tim to have a warm plate of pasta and a tall glass of wine ready for whoever was lucky enough to walk into that magical kitchen.

It’s impossible to know what the months or years ahead will hold, but what is certain is that Kelly is holding a LOT, in addition to being the amazing mama, wife, and tender of the home.
