Tim Dorish Funeral cost
Donation protected
Tim Dorish was a kind and compassionate man, never too busy to help anyone. He would give rides to others, work extra shifts if another employee would be sick. Always asking what he could do to help. A few years ago, he came to live with his mother Gloria due to the stroke suffered by his brother Michael in 2017. Since Michael was bedridden, Tim assisted his Mom and the nurses with care. Often, he would go out late in the evening to get Mike a burger or sub. And, he would stay up late to watch sports or play computer games with Mike.
Unfortunately, about 3 months ago, Tim developed severe pain in his digestive area. After numerous doctors and emergency room visits and tests, he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Three weeks ago, he was admitted to UPMC Shadyside Hospital due to severe pain and inability to eat. He spent the last part of that time in ICU. After consultation with the doctors it was determined that the cancer had spread through his body, and there was no cure, only the ability to help his level of pain. Sadly, Tim passed away the evening of Wednesday January 17at the hospital, with his Mom holding his hand. He can now join his father, Jim who passed away shorty before Tim was born.
Tim did not have life insurance, so the family would like to ask for your donations in any amount If you are unable to donate, please send your thoughts and prayers .
