Tim McCarthy - Show your support!

Tim is always first to put his hand up to help others.

His commitment to impacting our community is nothing short of inspiring.

He is a talented poet, musician, artist, podcast host, go-cart builder and comedian who takes his Christmas decorating more seriously than the man in red himself!

He is a loving husband, father, grandfather, friend, and mentor.

Tim came into our lives in 2019, joining IES as our first Disability Support Worker; however, he has supported community members living with disabilities for over 20 years. Tim has been battling with Stage 4 Cancer and has recently found that treatment is no longer proving effective.

Despite his health struggles, Tim has continued to work tirelessly to support others and has not let a diagnosis hold him back. However, due to the progression of his illness and withdrawal of treatment, Tim can no longer work to support his family.

We ask your kind support for Tim and his wife, Debbie, to provide financial relief to a remarkable couple during this difficult time.

It is time to give back to a man who gives so much to those around him and to his community!
