Funeral expenses for Tim Mumley

Hi, my name is Nickie and I am fundraising for my fathers funeral expenses. My father, Tim Mumley as most of you might know him as the Owner of Tree-B-Gone Tree Service was diagnosed with Bladder cancer in July of 2021. He underwent chemotherapy in hopes to shrink the cancer cells. In January he had gone through surgery to have his bladder removed. We were told at that time that after the removal of his bladder that he would wake up a cancer free man. However, when they went to remove his bladder, they discovered that the cancer had actually spread throughout his abdomen. At that time they weren’t sure if they should remove the bladder or just stitch him back up and leave everything alone. The doctors ended up removing his bladder along with his prostate and multiple lymph nodes. After surgery he underwent rounds immunotherapy in hopes to shrink the cancer that has now spread to his liver. While immunotherapy showed signs of helping with the cancer in his liver, they also had discovered a tumor in his pelvis region which the immunotherapy wasn’t touching. They decided to put him through radiation in hopes to shrink the tumor to relieve some pain. Unfortunately Tim was not able to complete his radiation treatment simply because his body just couldn’t take anymore. At that time he is at home with his family on hospice care per his wishes. His body was shutting down and we cherished every second we had left with him. During this time Missy and I are trying to get services in place and set up for Tim. Unfortunately his time had come sooner than we had expected. Tim did not have life insurance in place prior to being sick. The savings in which Tim and Missy did have, they have used to travel back and forth from the hospital, for medications, and just to simply survive off of while being unable to work. We greatly appreciate your generosity during this time. ✨

Tim passed today (08/23/2022). While we are grieving and sad at this time, Tim is no longer suffering in pain. He has gained his wings and is flying high. ❤️✨
