Tim Rice Fund

Timmy Rice, a well-known Bergen County first responder was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer right after Christmas 2020. After a hard-fought battle with his cancer, Timmy passed away June 12, 2021.

Timmy was a career fireman in the Hackensack Fire Department for 18 years, most recently working as a Lieutenant at Engine Company 2. Timmy also was a volunteer fireman in the Paramus Fire Department for 25 years where he was Captain of Tower Ladder 4, riding out of Company 4. Timmy also worked as a dispatcher for 25 years with the Paramus Police Department. Timmy dedicated his life to helping others, and now it is our turn to help.

Timmy leaves behind his wife Regina of 15 years, his daughter Aubrey (13) and son TJ (11). Donations are kindly being requested so we can be there to help Timmy’s family, as he has always been there to help other’s families in their time of need.
