TIME IS FAST ESCAPING US

My name is Stephen and I am one of our family of four - My mother, father and my 12 year-old sister. I am 19 years old. I wanted to post this GoFundMe campaign for my father after all of the unforeseen events and devastating moments we all have had to endure during the past few months. My father is a wonderful and loving father who has also been a good provider for us. This is the reason I wanted to reciprocate some of the love that he has given to us by opening this GoFundMe campaign for him, hoping that this will help him to resolve some of the difficulties and "financial problems" we've had to recently endure!
We were all living happily in our home together as a loving family and because of some unforeseen events that recently took place, we are now living separate lives which I hope will not be for long! My mother and father had been married for the past 21 years. They worked together out of our home, where they established a Day Care about 16 years ago for pre-school children, and they were doing very well. About six years ago, my parents were in a car accident in which my mom received very grave injuries, requiring her to undergo several surgeries. This caused many complications for her as time went on! She was in constant pain and could no longer work at the Day Care with my dad! She was able to help only with some of the administrative work. The volume of work began to decrease and my parents found themselves behind with their monthly bills and their mortgage payments!
On October 24th, 2017, my mother suddenly past away at home, at the age of 46, from all of the complications from the surgeries. We were all devastated at the sudden death of my mother. My father tried his best to continue on with the work at the Day Care by caring for fewer children! However, it became very difficult for him to do all of the work involved with the Day Care on his own and to attend to all of the responsibilities involved with caring for a home and family!
On December 11th, 2017, my father's mother also past away, unexpectedly, after being ill for the past few years! My father, again, was devastated as he had just lost his wife and, a short time later, he lost his mother! He loved them both very much! They were the two loves of his life! Shortly afterwards, my father received a notice in the mail that our home was in "foreclosure." All of this became too much for him to handle and he went to a hospital for "group therapy sessions" to help him to get through all of the unforeseen events that had recently happened! Because of his "hospitalization," my 12 year-old sister is now staying with a friend, until he recovers! I have been fortunate to have received a grant for college at a nearby university and I live on campus. I have been coming home on weekends, whenever possible for me to do so. I've been visiting my dad on a regular basis and he's doing much better now!
As I mentioned earlier, we were a very happy and loving family before all of the aforementioned unforeseen events occurred, which has forced us to now be living our lives separately. I truly feel that our "financial situation" regarding the "foreclosure notice" that my dad suddenly received on the house is what contributed greatly to his problems! My father wanted nothing more than to go on caring for my sister and me and to keep us together as a loving Family, but the "financial problem" (which came at the most inauspicious time) made everything much too difficult for him!
This brings me to the reason I am reaching out to the GoFundMe campaign and asking for "financial help" for my dad. We all understand that an "Eviction Notice" will soon become a "real possibility" and that is why we feel that "Time Is Fast Escaping Us!" We know that if we are able to keep our home....this is what will help us to get our family back together again and is what we all want to happen! My dad will always have the loss of his wife and mother in his heart to overcome, but I truly feel that with "some financial help" to relieve all the worries regarding the "foreclosure on the house," that he will be able to get through it all! At times I feel as though we are asking for "nothing short of a miracle," but I have seen the successful campaigns that have already happened.....through the generosity of those who have contributed to GoFundMe! This is why I, too, am reaching out for some assistance for my dad at this time! I am certain that with some "Financial Assistance," we will then, again, be that "loving family" that we once were before all of the above unforeseen events took place! Thanking you in advance for any help that you can give us!
