Time to open a gym for seniors and special needs

I'm professor_zo Senior citizen and disabled and kids personal trainer for 12 years I worked for countless gyms who doesn't know how to deliver what these people need I'm hoping to raise enough money to open a dedicated facility to help these people mind grow stronger and live healthier anything is appreciated
