Time to rally for Andrew Dale
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Jess and I am a long time family friend of Andrew Dale.
Sadly some of you may have heard that there was an explosion at The Lost Thong food truck today Sunday 10th of September. Unfortunatly Andrew has been injured in the explosion and flown to Concord Hospital burns unit in Sydney, with burns to his face and body. We don't know the full extent of his injuries just yet but we know that The Lost Thong is in a bad way and Andrew has sustained some significant burns to his body.
While his family are arranging everything else that Andrew needs, I thought I would kick this go fund me page off to help Andrew get back to where he needs to be and what ever comes in between.
Anyone that knows Andrew knows the type of man he is.
Andrew is the Founder of The G Spot food van in Canberra bringing amazing late night food to 1000s of people from all over.
Andrew rallied behind the devastating 2019-2020 NSW fires and bought hope, peace, joy, food, clothes, courage and so much more to people that lost everything but the clothes on their backs.
He rallied behind the NSW floods!
This is just a little bit of what Andrew has done for people.
He just continues to help lend a hand where ever he can no matter how great or small.
He even took to social media while he was dealing with his personal fight with the Black Dog, to share his journey to help anyone tackle their own mental health journey. He never stopped and he never gives up. A True Champion!
Now it's time for our community to rally behind Andrew, to help get him back on his feet and The Lost Thong back to serving amazing food to our beautiful South Coast community.
Andrew deserves all the help and support Canberra and NSW can offer. So please help out, every cent will help with his time off work and for all the rehab he requires. Nothing will hold Adrew down for long, but this will put a bit of ease on his recovery. Please help if you can or by sharing amongst your friends and community.
