Timnath Cubs Cheer - Our Road to Nationals

Thanks to generous contributions from our community, our Timnath High School Cheerleading Program has achieved so much! This year so far, the first $13,000 raised through this GoFundMe has helped us build a foundation of success, supporting everything from choreography and camp to props that energize our crowd. With your help, we’ve been able to represent our school with pride, cheering at football, volleyball, Unified football, assemblies, softball, and more. Our athletes attended local events, supported elementary school assemblies and field days, and brought Timnath spirit to our community.

Mid way into our third season, our team is reaching new heights. We proudly competed for the first time in our Game Day Division on October 19th at Eaglecrest High School and won first place against 3A, 4A, and even 5A teams statewide, taking home the overall award for best cheer! With this incredible start, we are now setting our sights on a bid to nationals, aiming to compete on a national stage in Orlando this year. We have two opportunities to qualify; October 26th and November 9th in Denver at the UCA regional events.

As we look toward Orlando, we need all the support we can get. The cost to take our team to nationals is over $30,000, and we hope to ease the financial burden on our athletes' families, especially over the holidays, so that every cheerleader has the chance to compete.

Your support means so much to our student-athletes, who collectively maintain over a 3.7 GPA and balance multiple sports, leadership roles, NHS, student council, FCCLA, FBLA, DECA, jobs, and other activities.
