Hi my name is Susan and I am Tim’s wife. After all of the high costs , I should say ridiculously huge co pays spent on saving Tim’s life over the past three years we find ourselves now paying hospice care portion that Medicare and Tricare did not cover. The VA as you know has given me no notice of survivors benefits as Tim was injured and disabled. He had no work pension nor life insurance except through VA. Which is small and take a year. We would like a celebration of life. He touched so many through his work in the AA 12 step program. I do not want this to fall on my young sons beginning families. Tim fought hard. He fought three long years and for that our family should not be punished by these medical bills which I’m almost done with. Please any little bit will help. This took great humility to post and I’m embarrassed. But, thank you. We are have a humble service so any tiny bit will help. Much, much love , Sue
