In loving memory of my husband Timothy Knox Jr (39), a dedicated husband and father of our 9 children, whose dreams of building a restaurant in Prattville, Alabama, were tragically extinguished on January 6, 2024. Timothy's resilient spirit and tireless dedication to his family, comprising of his beloved wife (myself) Samantha and our cherished children Kerry, Timya, Timothy III, Adam, Alex, Prince Emory, Prince Ahmarion, Royal, and Samuel, form a tapestry of love, dreams, and aspirations.
