"It is with profound sadness to announce the passing of our beloved Timothy Allen Scott. Timmy or Timo, as he was affectionately called, unfortunately passed away suddenly on April 29th, 2020 from COVID-19 complications. Timo was a man who was full of life who deeply loved his family and his art. He was a one of a kind individual, a highly talented musician and poet, with heart of gold and loved by many. Because of the great man he was, it is only befitting to send him off the way he deserved: with reverence and honor. The family of Timothy “Timo” Scott is in need of your financial support to cover his funeral expenses as he did not have insurance. Any amount is greatly appreciated and no donation is too small. Timo final expenses will be spearheaded by his daughters- Yolanda, Imani and Nia. We thank you in advance." Unfortunately, with the stay at home order in place for the safety of our community and loved ones we will not gather for a traditional funeral at this time.  When it is clear for us to gather we will celebrate his life with music, poetry and dance- the way he would want it. We would like for all his family and friends to take part and to contribute through your art in this occasion . The date , place and time TBD.
