Tina Black medical bills

I am raising money for my medical bills because I have had 3 strokes, quadruple bypass, stage 3 kidney disease, coroted artery disease, congestive heart failure and diabetes. I'm on the verge of losing my home. My disability is pending, I need money for healthy foods for diabetes and gas money to get back and forth to doctors, home health care is ordered but I have no money to get it started. if you can donate any amount will be greatly appreciated I just got out of the hospital from an acute Ischemic stroke and am still having difficulties from the stroke.
