Tina Carmo’s fight to kick cancer to the curb!

Hi I’m Monique and I along with my family and our close friends are making this Go Fund Me for our sweet friend Tina Carmo. Tina is the kindest, loving, most giving wife, mother, daughter and friend. She is her kid’s number 1 fan and her husband’s (Anthony) true love.

Four years ago Tina began her fight against breast cancer. Since her diagnosis the cancer has metastasis into her lungs and liver. She has fought tooth and nail to kick cancer’s ass but our health system has failed her. Recently Tina was informed her insurance was no longer going to cover her chemo treatments leaving her and her family heartbroken. No one should feel the financial burden of paying out of pocket to fight to live while still managing the day to day.

This family is active in their community and would do anything to help out a friend or a stranger. Their son Dustin races motocross, wrestling, and is a member of the FFA. Lois, their daughter does competitive cheer and is also a member of FFA. Tina and Anthony are wonderful parents and are very present in their kid’s lives so the financial burden of paying for chemo out of pocket along with hospital stays, medications, bills, extracurriculars, and time her husband needs to take off of work to be with her adds up quickly.

Tina is a fighter and can take on the fight and we just want her to know we have her back. She and Anthony have helped out so many of us at the track in a pinch with a dirt bike problem, fed us because Tina won’t let anyone go hungry or even just stopping by to say hi and make you feel special. They have never asked for help and never expect anything even after helping others.
