Help Tina get her engine fixed to go to the Dr's

Hello everyone, we're trying to raise funds to help Tina replace her engine. She's doing her best to keep her spirits up but she could use our help. She really needs to get her vehicle into working order so she can get to her doctor's appointments. We're launching this for her birthday; Tina is so giving and we're just hoping that today, people can find a way to help make her birthday one to remember.
