Tina Skaggs

My name is Nancy Scott and I am trying to raise money to help with final expenses to cover cost of a funeral for Tina Skaggs. She was tragically killed in her yard Saturday evening while walking her dog. Tina was a kind soul that would not hurt anyone. Being a friend, it's the least I can do.
