Tina's Heart Needs Urgent Care

Tina Gutierrez was at work on Thursday, the day after Christmas. She works at the courthouse in Ukiah (she has only been there 3 months) and has suffered a minor heart attack. She is at St. Helena waiting for open-heart surgery on Tuesday, Dec 31, 2024. The doctors think this happened because of a past heart attack that she might not have realized and genetics. She was taken by ambulance from the courthouse to Ukiah hospital, where they transported her to St. Helena, where she was told her left ventricle is not working at all.

Tina will have to learn how to do things again that we take advantage of daily. Anything will help her and her family. She will be out of work for at least 6 months. Unfortunately, she just came off of disability when she had to go in for an emergency hysterectomy, so she has exhausted her disability, and since she has only been at her job 3 months, she is still in her probation period.

Sharing this or donating is all I'm asking. Tina would give you the shirt off her back. She has a smile and laugh that's contagious. She is always willing to help anyone and everyone. She has a heart of gold, and we need to get her heart back to 100%. Her family is asking for prayers at this time, and the doctors are asking for no visitors and minimal phone calls as they are concerned she could have a major heart attack before surgery.
