Tinnes Barn Appeal

Hello everyone - I'm Kyle Tinnes and I am endeavoring to rehabilitate a deteriorated barn on the farmstead in Pittstown, NJ. This barn was put up in the early 1950s and, has admittedly seen better days. Our recent attempts to begin the process have been stalled by family health issues and the impact of the Pandemic on access to builders and building materials. We have started again: plans have been developed and crews are lining up. The cost of building has admittedly exceeded our initial budget. While we are seeking ways to finance the entire project and will forestall some of the more purely aesthetic elements of the build, we figured that it was reasonable to put it out to friends, family, and the community who have interacted with Highland Farm, "Farmer Bill," and the rest over these many years.
