Tino Recovery Journey

Hello, My Name is Valerie Whittle. My son Simeon also known as Tino was injured very badly Friday, September 3 at his highschool football game. Tino was so excited about the game and we even previewed the field, earlier that day. He had invited family and friends. He has a true love for football on and on the field. Due to a tackle he made, he broke a bone in his neck which split his spinal cord. He has underwent one surgery on his spine and is awaiting the lateral spinal surgery within the next week or so. The doctors and Tino with his strong fighting spirit are working to strengthen his lungs enough to endure the lateral surgery. The doctors advised the damage can not be repaired and have predicted a long journey of recovery for Tino and his extensive injuries we a praying for a speedy recovery. As a firm believer In our Father I am encouraged knowing that what doctors can not do, God can. During these tough times my family and I would appreciate any help willing to be given as this has completely changed the dynamics of our family at the moment. We would like to thank you in advance for your blessings and ask for continuous prayer as God has the final say in this situation.
