Tiny House In North Ga

I see campaigns that get funds that far exceed the goals set. I do not begrudge them their monies. And I wish them all that life can give them.
I just envy them like crazy.

I will not lie and tell you that I have cancer or that I have been made homeless ( though in a way I am).

I will tell you that having a Tiny House will give me freedom to go where I want without worrying about leaving my nest. I would get to take it with me!

After I have built my Tiny House, I would like to continue funding other Tiny House builds in the North Georgia Mountians.

I will be adjusting the amount I need to purchase a TH custom built for me.
I have seen many TH builder website and think I have found one I like.
The amount will cover the build and delivery.
If I budget correctly I will be able to include a truck or van to haul my house around.

I am thinking a budget like this will work:

$50,000 for Tiny House
$25,000 for truck (used but in good running condition, cause I am not mechanically inclined)
$5,000 for delivery and unexpected expenses
$7,000 for Fees
Knowing that GoFundMe keeps @ 8% that will leave me with @$80,000 to build my Tiny House.

I will post photos, and websites, of TH's that I would like to have built.
Also photos and links of things I want to include in my TH.
If you donate $5,000 or more, I will try my best to visit your city in my travels.
