Titan the Frenchie

Titan is my brothers Emotional Support Animal. Titan broke his femur and needs an emergency surgery. My brother works very hard to care for his pup, but the surgery costs $9,000 alone. We’ve received many estimates and this is the the cheapest option for Titan to live a normal life again. Payment plans are not available and time is of the essence.
