Titan's Ear Procedure

Our big, American Bulldog baby needs our help. We rescued Titan in August. He is 7 years old and has lost his hearing in the right ear due to what our vet thinks is chronic ear ulcers. He needs to see a specialist to have a total ear ablation on his right ear, and a partial on his left. We want to try and salvage what hearing he has left.
Titan has brought so much joy into our lives. We are financially unable to handle the cost of these procedures by ourselves. Titan is our first rescue dog. While we knew what we were signing up for, this was unknown to the shelter and their vet. Our vet had to put Titan under for an extensive ear cleaning due to his large size and the pain within his right ear. Our emergency fund has only gone so far. His ears fill up often with yeast, wax, oils, and they continuously bleed and pus. While we clean his ears daily, he continues to shake his head often and scratch at his ears until his skin is raw. The medicines and ointments we are using have only taken away a small amount of the discomfort. It is becoming too much for him to endure, and we have tried so many different options. 
Titan loves everyone he meets. He is a bundle of joy that has brought a light into our life that we didn't know we needed. We are on our last limb trying to give this pup the life he deserves. We aren't positive on a background, but know that the love we have for him now will hopefully outweigh the past hurt he has encountered. His life matters to us, and he is obviously in discomfort every day with his ears. It breaks our hearts to see our new baby hurting. Help us help him.  We can't explain how grateful we would be.
