Titan needs your help!

Good morning Everyone! After a long night of waiting for answers on our Titan we just wanted to give you all an update on what has been going on. A lot of you have reached out and asked how you can help and I appreciate you all SO MUCH for the care and concern of our little guy and Ian and I through this time. To be honest, this came as a total surprise to myself and Ian and we were not expecting this to turn out the way it has. Unfortunately, right now Titan is at Metropolitan Emergency Vet and was kept overnight due to loosing movement in both of his back legs causing him to drag his bottom half along the floor. The doctors feel as though he has a herniated disk and in dogs it is called IVDD - but at this time are unaware of how severe the spinal chord injury is and he could potentially be going into surgery today after his MRI. We had to put out $5,000 to keep him last night and do the MRI today and the total with the surgery that the Vet is pretty confident he will go directly into after the MRI will put us at a upwards cost of a total of $10,000. We are not ones to typically ask for anything - but I have had multiple people ask what they can do and with our wedding coming up in May of 2024 and currently looking for a new place to move due to the owner of our town home selling his property it has put us in a stressful situation. With that being said, if anyone would like to help we would forever be thankful and by no means does anyone need to feel inclined to donate but we will do whatever is needed to take care of our little guy. He is young and the vet is hopeful that with the surgery he should get feeling back in his hind legs. Anyone who knows Titan knows how much of a loving, sweet and playful boy he is and to see him in pain has really shook us up because he was not himself and we knew instantly something was wrong. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us - and for all of those that already have from the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
