Help Louisiana Mom Fight Discrimination

I previously worked under Avoyelles Child Development Services, Inc located in Moreaville, La worked in the kitchen as a Cook Aide at Brooks Preschool, Where my child currently attended this same school one morning he took sick from a disease call hand, foot and mouth, and strep throat and ran a high fever, the morning of me and him returning to work, they approached us at the door stated that my child looked as if he didn't feel good and then stated he wasn't allowed inside the building because he had a fever which was true, my supervisor agreed that I take my son to the doctor to be evaluated, The doctor gave a diagnosis and gave a doctors excuse for me and my child to bring back to work/school, I call my supervisor to let her know what was going on, then she called the Executive Director of the school to let her know what was going on as well, she ( Director) then replied that She knows my son is sick but i have to return to work the next day, which did... the Director which is (white) gave my supervisor which is (African American) the blues because I had to leave work with my sick child, after I continued go to work the next day, while my child recover from this illness at his grandmother's home,  I remember having sick time on my paystub and put in request to be off to take my baby boy to his specialist appointment, (Director)denied it the first time, so I sent in another request, they gave me problems again, saying that I didn't have enough sick time to take that particular day off which was 3/13/20, but When I looked back on my stub I had 5.0 hours of sick time available, so the Director approved it, then stated to make sure I have babysitting lined up for near future and was very disrespectful about the whole situation, well this same Director decided to fired me recently during the pandemic, then sends a certified letter to my home stating that "This letter is here to inform you that your employment with ACBS, INC. will end as of 5/31/20, the (Director) told us to file unemployment on the 5/29/2020 at a meeting I attended on 5/20/20 and she ended up sending a certified letter to my home on 6/5/20 saying that I was terminated and my last day was 5/31/2020... I feel this was wrong for me going through this during such time because I was out of work for pandemic since 3/13/20. it wasn't fair to me, neither other blacks that were fired for the same reason as well... but the Director puts reason for termination was excessive absences during probation period. There has been other discrimination acts against these same group of people (school systems) before, and this is happening again... I have been out of work since this pandemic and this lady decided to fired me, This is not fair to me neither my children, or others African American Mothers! because not only am I terminated but now I have to find another job and my child another school to attend, Can't rely on any attorneys to help me with legal advice around this city is because they're all either related and in favors of one another with school systems etc" and this is not right! Please HELP ME TO PUT A STOP DISCRIMINATION ACT IN LOUISIANA!!!
