Tito’s Medical Emergency

My mom and I are creating this fundraiser to help my sister with a large, unexpected medical bill for her orange tabby, Tito. Three weeks ago (11/4), my sister noticed Tito (one of two orange tabbies, brothers) was not feeling right.

After the discomfort did not subside the next day and he hid in the closet, she rushed Tito to the vet that morning and learned he had two intestinal obstructions that were unidentifiable through X-Ray. Upon learning they were unable to push these through, the vet immediately scheduled him for surgery that afternoon and learned he had eaten two sharp objects. They were able to successfully remove these objects, resulting in an $8,000 out-of-pocket bill. We have started this fundraiser to assist our sister/daughter cover a portion of this unexpected expense.
