Support Nathan's Family After Tragic Loss

My name is Jason Miles Flight. My son's name was Nathan Miles Flight. He was brutally murdered on Sunday morning at approximately 1 a.m. in Barberton by a coward during a domestic dispute where he was trying to save a young lady from being victimized. That person's husband shot my 25-year-old son several times in the chest and head, forever changing my family's lives. We are devastated and heartbroken. It just doesn’t seem real to me that my only son is gone, and I’ll never have grandbabies from him. He won’t ever be married or experience life the way he should’ve because a cowardly man took it from him.

We are angry and hurt, and words can’t even describe how it feels to lose your child to violence. My son had no way to defend himself, and he still put his life on the line for his friend. Some of my family members are going to need help paying their bills while going to court hearings and losing work. I also would like to set up a special place in his favorite park to place a memorial bench in his name. We appreciate any help from you.
