Danielle's Fight

Most of you reading this who are Mountain View, Ar locals already know Danielle Gould in some way. For those who do not know her, Danielle is a sweet soul who has an amazing spirit. A woman of God whose kindness, beauty, grace and strength are admirable. The joy behind her smile is contagious. Danielle is a daughter, a sister, a friend and above all a mother.
Danielle dreamed of and waited her entire life to become a mother. She has dedicated every ounce of her being to her daughters Haven, 7 and Blakely, 4. There is no greater love or desire for Danielle than to be a mother to her precious girls.
Danielle was recently diagnosed with an aggressive metastatic form of brain cancer. She and her precious daughters desperately need our support, prayers and service. We are approaching the world, forever indebted, as a last resort to help lessen the financial burden during this devastating time.
Danielle began experiencing visual changes, headaches and weakness approximately one month ago. On March 15, 2017, one week following the onset of her symptoms, Danielle lost consciousness in her home resulting in an ER visit. The next day she was taken to surgery for an emergency operation to remove a small orange-sized mass from her brain. The surgeons were able to remove 90 percent of the mass. The pathology reports confirmed the mass to be Stage 4 Glioblastoma, a rapidly progressing and aggressive tumor. Danielle's prognosis is difficult, as she has been given a life expectancy ranging from months to one year.
Danielle is fighting. Mind, body and soul...she is fighting! Danielle travels to Ft. Worth, TX for chemotherapy and radiation treatments. You can imagine the toll this is taking on her body, as she is experiencing many changes physically, mentally and neurologically due to the rapid progression of the tumor. Please pray for strength as she endures this process. Desperate attempts are being made to get Danielle in to MD Anderson for evaluation. These things all come with cost.
Danielle has no source of income at this point. Our goal is not only to remove the financial burden, but to help her obtain medical care she may not receive otherwise. It is our purpose in life to help others, to lessen the suffering of other souls.
As most of you know, we have reached out in this manner before. We were able to provide my sister, Kristen with a life saving operation to remove a rapidly growing benign brain tumor. This was made possible by the overwhelming love and support of friends and family all over the world. Kristen is devoting herself to Danielle and her children, allowing her experiences to offer empathy, compassion love and service to a dear soul in need. Kristen will be traveling to Texas to stay with Danielle in the next few weeks. Kristen will be creating a Facebook page to keep those who love and support Danielle updated, as well as to help share Danielle's story. We ask everyone to please pray, share this link and donate if at all possible.
