Serenity for Zachary Sloan

I am writing this post for my cousins Tim Pope and Melissa Sloan, for they are beyond devastated to even being processing the reality of this most painful loss.
My younger cousin Zachary Sloan passed away suddenly at the young age of 21, on July 25th 2019 from an accidental overdose. His life was cut way too short.
Although he battled this for quite a while, he was always trying relentlessly to beat this and find himself a way out of this vicious cycle. Zachary had worked so hard by graduating out of a halfway house program, than to continue with a job he had all lined up for him.
His mom and dad worked continuously and diligently throughout their sons battle to be supportive and open to any means of help for Zachary, as did his 3 sisters.
Please help our family give our beloved son , cherished brother and adored nephew and cousin the dignified send off that he so deserves.
This is an ongoing epidemic which is unfortunately not getting the attention it needs to be able
to assist humans battling this day in and day out.
Zachary really tried to use his music as an outlet to conquer his struggles, but never really felt he was good enough.
I ask for my cousins, myself, and for all who loved Zachary from the bottom of our hearts, to please contribute what you can for Zachary’s Home Going. Any contribution is greatly appreciated, and everything helps give Zachary the proper burial he so deserves.
With so much gratitude in advance,
The Family of Zachary Sloan
