Safe home for my boyfriend and kids

When Michael was 3 months old, he was diagnosed with hydrocephalus which is a build up of fluid within the brain. A shunt was placed to drain the extra fluid. In 2016 he had surgery to have all four ventricles made into one big one. He has had multiple brain surgery. He will need surgery every 5 years sometimes sooner if his shunt fails. Michael also been suffering from cluster headaches ( aka suicidal headaches), which means he endures this excruciating pain on a daily basis, often multiple times a day, for anywhere between 30 minutes to 3 hours, per attack. Just take a minute to think about that. Every. Single. Day multiple times a day. We spend 3 to 4 days at the hospital a week. He has had multiple ambulance rides. Salem hospital was no help so we traveled to OHSU to get better health care. They admitted him. He was sent home after a couple days and told to follow up with his doctor. We are now traveling back and forth to a headache clinic about 45 minutes one way. We sometimes go there three times a week for nerve block. I am the only one who works taking us of Michael and our two girls. He is sick almost every day, throwing up making it so he can’t be left alone. These headaches make it so he can’t walk. I have come home at times and he is laying in his throwing up. He also just had surgery on the 19th because of a perforated gall bladder and abscessed liver. Battle isn't over because doctors are trying to prevent infection from spreading to his shunt tubing which could cause a whole new set of serious issues. He will also have another surgery in 6 weeks. This makes it hard for me to go to work to financially provide for my family. We live in an older mobile that is falling apart. The roof is leaking which is causing mold and rot inside. When it rains the windows leak, which cause water to just pour in leaving mold on the outside of the walls. The roof leaking is also causing mold in get inside the walls, the ceiling, and the insulation. With all the health issues Michael has going on we need to move. We are asking for any kind of help to get him in a safe mold free house, we are hoping this will also help his headaches and to help with any hours lost at work so I can provide for my family.
