Rebuild a home lost to fire
Donation protected
Ellie and her incredible husband are such passionate souls. Their home was a tribute to their life's passion. Each cabinet and bed frame imported from Cambodia - hand carved to represent their support and love for the Asian countries and culture. Each room was adorned with Buddha's and pieces which evoked emotion admidst tranquillity. I, their neighbor to the west, just moved to this nestled neighborhood and while we haven't known each other for years- there are those people in life who touch you in a matter of moments after meeting them. Ellie's love for life, passion for acceptance and open mindedness was inspiring to me and this is just a small way I feel we can give back to such an amazing person/family who was a victim to a tragic situation started in a neighboring home. My heart aches for all involved as this was such an unfortunate situation. Anything would help this family through this trying time as they figure out next steps for rebuilding their lives. Thank you so much.
