Last week, Sheba was spayed. Everything went fine and she came home and was her usual sunny self. However, last night Sheba’s foster mom came home from work to find her lethargic, no appetite, and with pale gums. We rushed her to ER and found the worst news: she was bleeding internally

As we write this, Sheba is in her second emergency surgery in less than 7 hours. She needs more blood transfusions and a plasma transfusion. We’re not sure if she’ll make it, but we’re going to give her everything that we have.
