Tina Snow with medical and daily expenses

Hi my name is Tina Snow. The past year has been a very difficult one. I’ve had back and neck issues my entire life, but this year not much has worked to alleviate the pain. I’ve tried everything from physical therapy to injections. Now we’re looking at surgery. I worked as much as could but the pain affected my concentration and my ability to stand, sit, or walk. I’m at home now on leave from work till after they decide on surgery or a Nero modulator. Which both sound promising but this leaves my financing in turmoil. I need help to pay medical bills and everyday expenses. I’m not used to asking for help but I’ve learned that I can’t do this by myself. Please help if you can.
