Help Support Street Wise Boulder Mural Festival

Tax deductible
Accessible public art helps us imagine a more empowered and equitable society. Please donate to our Go Fund Me today to help contribute to a rich cultural landscape. Your support allows us to pay more artists and produce beautiful, impactful murals and free cultural events in the streets of Boulder.

Our focus on social activism sets Street Wise apart from other mural festivals. We have a mission to unite communities through art, facilitate equitable representation of diverse cultures and identities in public art, and encourage discussions about social justice and community resilience. Street Wise murals respond to important social issues such as the climate crisis, mental health, immigration, racial justice, indigenous history and identity, and reproductive health.

The 2022 festival will integrate augmented reality (AR) and digital collaborations to enhance artist and audience experiences, deepening visual storytelling and expanding audience engagement through the digital realm. Digital media allow artists to strengthen storytelling and audiences to explore content and subject matter, ultimately amplifying and creating conversations regarding important social justice movements, human rights issues, and diverse identities.

Here are a few new additions for our 4th annual mural festival:

-AR murals activate to expand storytelling and engagement.
-Projection Mapping and night time light activations.
-Centralized mural locations and events.
-Expanded youth projects with area students.

Here’s an example of what your donation provides us:
