TNR Stray Cats in Midland/Odessa

TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) allows cats to remain living outside without reproducing. Cats are widely overpopulated and many are born in awful conditions and suffer until they die. TNR also provides these cats with a rabies shot. Additionally, neutering cats can help prevent cancer later in their lives from not reproducing. It costs $25 per cat to get neutered and have a rabies shot. While this isn’t a lot per cat, it does add up with all of the stray cats and kittens in the Midland/Odessa area. With your help we can prevent the suffering of animals in the streets!
