Help Tara with medical expenses

Friends, family, and community, I sincerely ask for your help once again for one of my oldest and dearest friends. Her name is Tara Tipple, and she is in desperate need of financial help with ever-increasing medical bills. Tara was diagnosed with a follicle-stimulating hormone tumor on her pituitary gland located at the base of her brain. After years of expensive chemo and radiation, Tara’s tumor stopped responding to medication and she needed surgery to have it removed. Unfortunately, the doctors were not able to fully remove her tumor.

The years of chemo and radiation drugs took a toll on Tara’s body, including the loss of all her teeth at the age of 36. Tara continues to have other medical issues stemming from her original diagnosis, which has forced her to drop down to only two days at work on a good week. Tara will need several rounds of testing, doctor’s visits, medications, and surgeries to treat her condition. Her insurance company has stopped covering her weekly chemo treatment, which will now cost $1,193 out of pocket. She has also recently had to switch medications that will now cost $770 per month, and these are just the bare minimum of treatments that she can do to stop her tumor from continuing to grow.

In addition to all of this, Tara has also recently and unexpectedly been absolutely devasted by the loss of her mother and has in turn taken on even more of a financial burden.

I understand that many of you may be facing financial hardships of your own right now, but any amount that you could afford to donate to help Tara would be so very much appreciated.
