Hi my name is Maurice and I been through the storm more than once. I went for my usual physical and my doctor told me oh you have a hernia on your navel so I'm like ok so I went and got a CT scan and lord behold I received some disturbing news I was told oh you have a spot on your right lung my heart sunk to my feet. So now I'm already going through alot of emotions because my wife Carolyn had back surgery last year and she's not fully strong enough to maintain any daily activities she struggles when she goes to work and be in so much discomfort I feel helpless. So my doctor says we have to see if its cancerous or a tumor. Lord behold it was cancer and I cried for a long time so me and my wife talk about what I should do and I decided to go for it . The struggle is real and I had 50% of my right lung removed and it was very aggressive and spread to my lymphnodes and I was just not accepting the fact that this is happening to me my life has been fairly good I struggled, I failed however I never gave up through all my trials and tribulations so once my roller coaster was happening with the back surgery of my wife had to leave a job to care for her needs and the financial hardships kick in and now my medical situation has us in need of assistance so if you find in your hearts to help out the Gregory's in this trying time will greatly be appreciated.
