Help us to build The Kingdom! New Chapels in PNG!

Tax deductible
I'm raising money to benefit the faithful communities in my inland parish in West Sepik province, Papua New Guinea.

Firstly, this year we would like to rebuild the Church of St Joseph, in Smok village,  with a new and permanent building. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us!
You could know more about the wonderful people of my Parish and our pastoral work in my Instagram account: martin.prado.88

Smok community is one of the first villages of the area where the missionaries came 50 years ago. Unfortunately, until last year they didn't have a permanent priest to come and give them the sacraments. Only once a year, the people of this village have that privilege of receiving a priest and the sacraments. In other words, they practiced their faith in limited circumstances. However, since last year, I have been able to visit them more periodically, at least once a month.
The people of Smok are very simple people with good hearts. They have built and rebuilt their church time after time because it is always made out of bush materials that last no more than 5 years.
Therefore, trusting in the powerful intercession of St. Joseph and to venerate him better, we want to build a new church in his honor.

At the same time I have others new communities that are just getting inside of the Church, we need to build new Chapels for them. For example the communities of St. Fr Pio at Paipai; St Peter at Akramanab; St Maria Goretty at Biaka, Sacred Heart of Jesus at Watape... they all have not Church or just a temple "hat" tipe. Their new permanent temple will be a place where people can come regularly, attend celebrations, sacred festivities, and apostolic works; a place that invites new people to come with more room for activities; a place to provide spiritual comfort in order to carry out the evangelization program that we had received from Jesus.

Our mission in Papua New Guinea began in 1997, and since then, the mission has been growing in all aspects. At present, we have three missionary priests who attend the villages with roughly 9,000 people. We take care of two elementary schools with about 400 children from the villages. We provide formation in the Major Seminary of the Diocese for the future and first local priests. And, appointed by the Catholic Bishops Conference of PNG and SI, one of our priest looks after the Liturgical Center Institute. With God's grace we created the first children's orchestra "Queen of Paradise Orchestra" with the children from the local villages. They are very enthusiastic about learning music and how to play intrsuments.

We are very happy that our mission is growing, and now the challenge is to provide for all the different needs of the community.

Once again, we are thankful for all the effort you are making in these unprecedented times to support our project. Above all, we are thankful for your spiritual support in the form of prayers.
