We're still awaiting the death certificate, which is expected to be issued by the end of this week (around July 8th or 9th). Once we receive it, we can begin arranging a funeral service with his ashes here in Lithuania. It brings us great comfort knowing that he will be able to come home to us, and we owe this possibility to all of you.

Hi, this is Rūta. I am writing on behalf of my mom, Audronė, and my sister, Kristina, and together we are fundraising for a funeral. We are currently experiencing deep grief following the sudden death of our father, Robertas, which occurred in their home here in Germany.

It all happened on the 28th of June at around 8 am when his heart stopped while he was getting ready to go to work. My mom took him out of the bath and tried to massage his chest, but he was already gone, just like that. The doctors did everything they could, but after 30 minutes, she received an official call from the hospital confirming that Dad is no longer alive. We are all in deep shock, grief, and agony. The financial situation has always been tight, and at the moment, this death has caught us completely unprepared. It is ridiculous how much the funeral service costs. We simply do not have the funds to bid farewell to our beloved Father and Husband.
