Domestic violence victim with 2 daughters

fundraising to get and come up with bills coming up when I go in for my 2nd leg surgery I was in a really horrible dv relationship where i was beaten and hit with a car. Shattered my hip bones, shattered my knee, broke my angle and both tubular bones in my left leg. the next one coming up is to correct the medal rods and screws in my hip,ankle and knee due to them being loose and out of place which has been very painful leaving me to sit at home. So I'm trying to ask for help to make sure my bills are paid as I am a single mother of 2 beautiful daughters therefore I can't provide for them solely if im laid up after surgery being out of work for a month!.
