To get my 2008 Toyota FJ Cruiser 1st tune up

My name is Catherine and I am 74 years old. My only car is my Cruiser and I live in a rural area with no other transportation near me. The car is past the time for its' first 100,000 mile tune up. I live on $1400 per month and have no means at all to accomplish this. It is very hard to ask for help but I am asking.
