To support African women and children ages 3-6yrs

Hey guys, I really need your support on this one please...

So it hasnt quite sunken in yet but Im off to Tanzania in a few weeks to embark on a life changing experience, one I have wanted to do for many years. With lots of research I have found an amazing Charity called Afroplan which helps disadvantaged families and enables them to go out and work whilst their children are cared for.

Afroplan is a day care center where children (ages 3-6years) from the poorest families from Usa River can come to learn basic math, science, grammar, Swahili and English. In addition, it is a place where these children can stay safe and supervised while their family or guardians earn an income.

Woman in Tanzania are on incredibly lower incomes then men and find it harder to find work, so Afroplan wants to create more jobs for these woman that are paid at a better rate. So far there are only 3-5 woman working at Afroplan. With your help we can get more funding to build a school, to create more jobs for woman and then give the children of these families a safe haven to stay for the day, to learn, to achieve, to be fed and just to be happy with similar aged children in a loving, fun environment.

My goal is to raise as much money as possible to help towards my trip and this organisation which means to expand Afroplan, to help towards school supplies and the keep of me going out there to volunteer, they will feed and home me for the duration of my volunteering.

Please take time to read this and look in to the charity, we live in our busy day to day lives and most of us are very fortunate to have the access to proper education, clean water and food, daily. Lets try to make our norm, their norm.
