Dearest family and friends,

A young soul gained his wings yesterday,

A mother welcomed her son into heaven.

Brothers and sisters grieving their brother,

A family torn apart, but a family reunited again in heaven. Only god knows why. You will forever be missed Pat, we love you with everything we have. July 20 2004 to October 28th, 2022.
