From the Ashes: A Call for Humanity to Rebuild the Life

I’m doing this fundraiser to help my friend Islam.

My name is Islam Al-Najjar, a 27-year-old Palestinian from Gaza. My life was turned upside down when our home was destroyed, and I lost many loved ones and friends. Now, I find myself homeless, jobless, and struggling to survive.

To those with compassionate hearts, our life is full of challenges and difficulties. We lack basic needs such as food, water, and healthcare. Despite these hardships, we still hold onto hope, believing that your generous support can help us overcome these adversities.

My grandfather is 85 years old. He lost his left hand due to a previous Israeli bombing and suffers greatly from this serious injury. We also suffer a lot in taking care of him due to the scarcity of basic resources like water and food, and their complete absence. My grandfather cannot perform his daily tasks alone because there is not enough water. It is very difficult to wash his hand under these conditions. With no proper shelter for me, my grandfather, and my family, it is extremely challenging to continue living in these difficult circumstances

Basic Needs (food, water, hygiene products): $10,000

This amount will help provide essential food, clean water, and hygiene products for my family for several months, ensuring we live with dignity.

Healthcare: $8,000

This amount covers necessary healthcare costs for my family, including medical check-ups, medications, and essential treatments.

Passport and Transition Fees: $2,000

This amount will help secure passports and transition costs necessary to ensure a safe place for my family outside of Gaza.

This amount will cover the travel and relocation costs for my family of 6, ensuring we can find a safe haven outside of Gaza.

Temporary Accommodation: $4,000

This amount covers temporary accommodation costs for my family in a safe place, away from war and destruction, until we can find a permanent solution.
