To help Milo recover after being attacked

Hi my name is Tracy, on Sunday teatime my daughter Freya was walking my brothers 14 month old puppy Milo along the road we live on, just 100 yards up the road from our house a large pit bull size dog ran out of a garden, across the road and attacked Milo clamping on to him by his shoulder and shaking him violently, the owners ran over and helped to separate the dogs but the damage was already done, they hurried their dog away and left my daughter distressed outside holding Milo, we rushed Milo to the emergency vet to be told he was in severe shock and would have to stay in till Monday morning before they could X-ray him. Monday morning came and the news was not good Milo needed to have his leg amputated and he was still suffering from shock, this has devastated the whole family who love and adore Milo. Unfortunately Milo was not insured due to miscommunication and the bill is expected to run into thousands for his surgery and care afterwards. I am hoping we can raise some money to help them with the costs incurred, Thank you for reading xx

Just wanted to update everyone to say Milo is now home and has started his journey of recovery and to say thank you for all your donations and kind words xx

Milo is doing great and should hopefully have his stitches out this week xx
