To help my father come home

Hello,

My name is Jade. My dad recently had a very bad stroke that left him in the ICU. The Doctors have told me he will need hospice care to help him. I want to bring my dad home after he is resting. It's been really hard for me and my husband to bring him home after. I am asking for a little help so I can bring my dad home. He has been my best friend and has cared for me more than anyone else in my life. I just want to bring him home.
