Hi, I'm raising money for Jacinta and her family to help cover any financial costs, and to help give her children a kick start in life.

Unfortunately after some devasting news that Jacinta has just 4 weeks left at just 50 years old, after being diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer.

She has young twin boys, and 4 older children that she's going to leave behind.
