To help our son Karl Morgan

Hi my name is Deborah. Our Son Karl is 33 years old. He contracted a Bacterial bug infection 2 weeks ago. He is in intensive care on a Ventilator. He has double pneumonia, ARDS, Sepsis, swollen liver and they are now concerned about his Heart and doing further tests.

To say our heart is breaking is an understatement. He is the kindest son you could wish for. He is very close to his brother who lives in Holland.

He came to live with us 6 weeks ago and is technically homeless. We are sessional in our touring caravan and have a awning. Karl has been sleeping in the awning and unfortunately when he is discharged which he will be I pray he cannot sleep in the awning it would not help him to recover and would be detrimental to his health there is no room in our caravan. We could sleep in the awning but we are 60 and not in nest health. The winter would be impossible for all of us.

He was turning his life around and started a self employed window and caravan cleaning business on our site which was going well. He has now got no income.

I am trying to get him some benefits but hitting a brick wall citizens advice are trying to help

His dream was to have his own caravan on our site. He has his children a lot and they stay with us with Karl when they come.

Unfortunately me and his step dad are 60 we work but cannot afford to fund a caravan and site fees until he is ready to go back to work which may be months. This breaks our heart.

I have set up this page for all of you lovely people to help if you can.

There is a pitch coming up on our site on the 18th of July. Pitch fees are 3600 for the year which will give him time to recover and hopefully a cheap nice dry warm caravan with the rest.

He would honestly do anything for anyone and he is devoted to his children, nan, brother and us.

I am not sure what else to put but I will keep you all informed of his progress and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for any help you can give him xxxx
