rebuild home for owner and 2 dogs 2 fire in 2 yrs

Hi my name is Stephen Harris am sorry to be asking for help but as most folk around know this is the second fire the first fire the council emptied my flat due to faulty electrics now this Is the second fire I have fire report and council reports here av been homeless 8 weeks It's taken its toll on ma mental health av been allocated more workers as time goes on like and being separated from my dogs is killing me slowly qm getting ¹ seen more regular wae mental health team cause ae this its took evrything I own twice and more homestly I know times are hard for everyone just now I'm just looking for a break any little would help thank use all use are more than welcome to.
