To Help the Owens Family and Honor Marty Owens

Saturday June 11th Marty Owens passed away. Erica and Jack Owens lost a great husband and father. Friends, family, and the world lost a great man. The Owens family have been a part of the Fulshear community for 15 years. To really know Marty was to love him. If you think of hard work, outdoors, good fried fish, the perfect country song and an ice cold beer you think of Marty. If anyone was in need he would help. He coached countless kids in baseball, was a part of building some truly beautiful homes, and loved to hunt and fish with his son and his friends. If you needed a shoulder to lean on or and extra set of hands he would be on his way before you could finish asking. As a man, he was what most try or want to be, and all should be. He loved his family and friends fiercely. He was not always a man of many words...but his actions spoke volumes.

We are asking to raise funds to help his family during this difficult time, and to honor this man and lay him to rest in the way he deserves. Thank you for any help you can give. If you wish, also keep everyone devastated by this sudden loss in your thoughts and prayers.
